Kenneth "Kenny" Leonard
Chief Executive Officer

Kenneth ("Kenny") Leonard has been involved in boxing for over 40 years. Kenny started in boxing by providing advice to his younger brother, five time world champion, Sugar Ray Leonard ("Ray") in the early stages of his boxing career. He also served as an Assistant Administrator for the Sugar Ray Leonard Boxing Team. After working with Ray, Kenny formed his own promotions company - Leonard Productions in the 1990s. Kenny co-promoted Ray's championship fights against Hector "Macho" Camacho and Kevin Howard. Under Leonard Productions, Kenny brought his first professional fight to Prince Georges Community College in P.G County Maryland. Kenny went on to promote a championship boxing match with Lloyd "Honeyboy" Taylor and Robert "Boo Boo" Sawyer. He also promoted a professional boxing match at the Andrews Air Force Base in Prince Georges County, Maryland. Kenny is currently one of the co-managers for Daron "Sweet Tay" Williams, a promising super bantamweight and Richard Pierson, a super middleweight.

Mychal Thomas
Chief Operating Officer

Mychal's professional experience includes more than 30 years in finance and management for a large organization in the Washington DC area. Mychal's extensive background in boxing in the 1980s and 1990s. included his role in developing the careers of talented young fighters, including Floyd Favors Jr, who won the amateur world men's bantamweight title, and Floyd Seymour, an Olympian in 1992, professional boxer, and coach. Mychal also worked with 2-time World Junior Middleweight Champion Simon Brown. Mychal has 25 years of combined experience in boxing as an amateur fighter, trainer, manager and now a promoter. Mychal is currently one of the co-managers for Daron "Sweet Tay" Williams and Richard Pierson.

Dr. Jonathan Davis
President

Dr. Jonathan Davis, "Doc", has been a successful business man in the Washington, DC area for over 30 years. Doc has also served as the Team Physician for the United States Olympic Rowing Team from 1984-1986. In addition, Doc served as the fight doctor for the Sugar Ray Leonard Boxing Team from 1987-1997. He has also worked the corner for former light heavyweight champion and Olympic Gold Medalist, Andrew Maynard. Doc is currently one of the co-managers for Daron "Sweet Tay" Williams and Richard Pierson.

Tom Dale
Vice President

Mr. Dale has thirty years experience in the technology and not-for-profit industries where he has successfully led complex multi-national contract negotiations and business ventures. In addition to his current role as an executive in the technology industry, he is a former Chief Financial Officer for a $2.7B government agency. As a collegiate athlete in multiple sports, he has maintained his passion for athletics by being involved with boxing over the past ten years in the marketing and promotions of events across North America and the Caribbean. He holds degrees from Carnegie Mellon and Norwich Universities as well as having completed executive education program at Harvard Business School, Georgetown University, and the MIT Sloan School of Business.

Roger Leonard
Trainer/Conditioning Coach

Roger, better known in the boxing world as Roger “The Dodger” Leonard learned his boxing craft very well. Roger won the 1974 Golden Gloves Championship. In completing his four years in the military, Roger captured every boxing title known in every branch of the service including a Golden Gloves Championship Title, the All Military Team Amateur Title, the World Military Amateur Title and the National’s Amateur Title. Roger was a decorated amateur boxer and complied an amateur record of 113 wins and 17 losses. In 1978, Roger turned professional. Roger ”The Dodger” was ranked #2 in the world by the (WBA) World Boxing Association as a Junior Middleweight and he compiled a record of 16 wins and one lose. Roger retired from boxing in 1982. Roger will be the Head Trainer/Conditioning Coach for Leonard Promotions.
